Sharing our Learning

Welsh Government funding, including the Integrated Care Fund and recently announced Transformation Fund which will support delivery of ‘A Healthier Wales’, provide an opportunity for us to develop a range of service models that attain new levels of quality and responsiveness. We are always looking to promote these and encourage take-up of similar arrangements in other parts of our region and further afield.
